By accessing or using Bit2Pal's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions
1.1. The following terms have these meanings throughout this document:
- "Bit2Pal," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the cryptocurrency exchange service operated at bit2pal.com
- "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual accessing or using our services
- "Services" refers to all cryptocurrency-to-PayPal exchange services provided through our website
- "Transaction" refers to the exchange of cryptocurrency for PayPal USD payment
- "Transaction ID" refers to the unique identifier assigned to each exchange (format: B2P-XXXXXXXXXX)
1.2. Accepted Cryptocurrencies
"Cryptocurrency" or "Crypto" refers to all digital assets that Bit2Pal currently supports for exchange. The following cryptocurrencies and token standards are accepted on our platform:

Summary: Bit2Pal supports 29 cryptocurrencies across five blockchain networks — Bitcoin, Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), Base, Solana, and TON. Supported tokens may be added or removed without notice.
2. Service Description
2.1. What We Do
Bit2Pal provides cryptocurrency-to-PayPal USD exchange services. We offer above-market rates and cover PayPal transaction fees for qualifying exchanges.
2.2. No Account Required
Our services are available without registration. Users can complete transactions as guests. Optional account creation is available for transaction tracking and referral program access only.
2.3. Non-Custodial Service
We do not hold, store, or maintain custody of your cryptocurrency or funds. All transactions are processed immediately upon receipt and confirmation.
3. Eligibility and User Representations
3.1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3.2. Legal Capacity
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You are not located in, nor a resident of, any prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 11)
- You are transacting with legally-obtained funds that belong to you
- You are not using our services for any illegal purpose including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
- You understand that cryptocurrency transactions involve risk
- All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current
3.3. PayPal Account Requirements
Your PayPal account must meet these requirements:
- Fully verified (email, phone, linked bank account or card)
- At least 2 months old
- Regular transaction history
- Able to receive "Goods and Services" payments
- Able to accept international payments
4. How Our Service Works
4.1. Exchange Process
- You select cryptocurrency type and amount
- You provide your PayPal email address
- The system generates a unique deposit address
- You send cryptocurrency to that address
- We process the exchange and send PayPal payment within 24 hours (typically)
4.2. Transaction Amounts
- Minimum: $50 USD equivalent
- Maximum: Unlimited
- Recommended: Under $2,000 USD per transaction for optimal processing speed
4.3. Exchange Rates
- Base rate: Market rate + 9% bonus
- Additional bonuses may apply via promotional coupons
- Rates are locked at time of transaction creation
- Small deposits (under minimum) may not be processed or may receive different rates
4.4. Processing Time
- Most transactions complete within 24 hours
- Larger amounts may require additional processing time
- Processing begins after blockchain confirmation
- We manually process each transaction for security
4.5. Payment Method
All PayPal payments are sent as "Goods and Services" transactions with proper documentation.
5. Fees and Costs
5.1. Our Fees
- PayPal transaction fees (up to 5%): Covered by us
- Our service fee: Included in the exchange rate
- No hidden charges
5.2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Blockchain network fees (gas fees) when sending cryptocurrency
- Any currency conversion fees imposed by PayPal (if applicable)
- Taxes related to your transactions (see Section 10)
6. Transaction Rules and Accuracy
6.1. User Responsibility for Accuracy
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing correct PayPal email address
- Sending exact cryptocurrency amount displayed
- Sending to correct deposit address
- Sending within time window (if applicable)
6.2. Consequences of Errors
If you provide incorrect information or send wrong amounts:
- We cannot guarantee completion at displayed rate
- We cannot guarantee refunds
- We are not liable for lost funds due to user error
- Additional fees may apply for recovery attempts
6.3. One Deposit Per Transaction
Each transaction ID accepts only ONE deposit. Do not:
- Send multiple deposits to same address
- Reuse old deposit addresses
- Send different cryptocurrency than specified
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1. General Policy
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. All completed exchanges are final.
7.2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
- Transaction fails due to technical error on our side
- Transaction stuck in "awaiting" or "pending" status
- We are unable to complete the exchange
7.3. Refund Process
- Refunds issued to original sending address or refund address specified at creation
- Cannot be issued to new addresses
- Blockchain network fees will be deducted
- Processing may take up to 20 business days
- Contact support@bit2pal.com to request refund
7.4. No Refunds For
- User error (wrong address, wrong amount, wrong crypto)
- Change of mind after sending cryptocurrency
- Market rate changes
- PayPal holds or limitations on user's account
7.5. Final Decisions
All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
8. PayPal Payment Holds
8.1. Understanding PayPal Holds
PayPal may place temporary holds on payments as part of their security measures.
8.2. Our Limitations
We cannot manually release PayPal holds or guarantee hold-free payments.
8.3. Chargebacks and Disputes
We are not responsible for PayPal disputes initiated by the user.
9. Compliance, Risk & Verification (Non-KYC)
9.1. Commitment to Safety
Bit2Pal operates as a non-custodial, non-KYC exchange platform. We do not require identity verification for normal use. However, we maintain internal measures to detect and prevent suspicious or illegal activity.
9.2. Risk Monitoring
All transactions are screened using internal and blockchain analytics tools. Suspicious transactions may be delayed or blocked.
9.3. Conditional Verification
We may request limited verification only if required by:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- AML investigations
- Partner or authority requests
9.4. Refusal of Service
We may decline suspicious transactions, pause processing, or refuse future activity.
9.5. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement in accordance with applicable laws. Transaction data may be shared if required by law.
9.6. Privacy Assurance
We never perform invasive KYC collection or sell data. Any compliance data is minimal, securely stored, and purged after retention period.
10. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying applicable taxes related to your transactions. Bit2Pal does not provide tax advice.
11. Prohibited Jurisdictions
Our services are not available in countries under UN sanctions or where cryptocurrency exchange is illegal. Use of VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions is prohibited.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Engage in illegal activity or money laundering
- Purchase illegal goods or services
- Commit fraud or financial crimes
- Evade taxes or regulations
Violations may lead to account termination, fund seizure, or legal action.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operations, specific exchange outcomes, or PayPal behavior.
Cryptocurrency is volatile. You may lose funds. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your specific transaction, up to $500 USD.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bit2Pal from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violations of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
All Bit2Pal trademarks, content, and technology are owned by Bit2Pal. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
16. Privacy and Data
We collect limited data (PayPal email, transaction details, IP) for operational, security, and compliance purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
17. Term and Termination
These Terms apply while you use Bit2Pal. We may terminate or suspend access for any reason. Pending transactions may be completed or refunded at our discretion.
18. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting new versions. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved via negotiation, arbitration, or local courts.
20. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Bit2Pal. If any part is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
21. Acknowledgment
By using Bit2Pal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the risks involved.
